Join me for a power packed 30 min workout that get your heart rate pumping, increase aerobic fitness and put your calorie burn into overdrive.
The series is M T W TH 6a and 7pm
• You can pick a time of your choice.
• Each class will be a power packed 30 min muscle specific training meaning we will train different body parts each day.
• Equipment: hand weights, bands, exercise bands, kettlebell, and a mat. If you need any of theses items they can be found at FIVE AND BELOW stores or any sport stores.
• If you don't have anything or can't get access to any equipment upon our first meeting that's ok! You can just show up and I will work with what you have.
• The zoom link will be provided after purchase so PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL
